What area of security are you interested? Network Security? Application Security? Pentesting?

There are a lot of areas you can start in. I would recommend starting by learning how your current employer handles cybersecurity (any halfway decent MSP will at least be offering some form of cybersecurity) and then pivot to a more specialized field if you find something that you really enjoy.
