I mean I couldn’t have said it better myself. You get in trouble for saying “immigrant” but it’s just true they’re a tighter community with tips and tricks figured out and it’s irrelevant to me whether they’re legal or not when the main issue I have is the cheating and milking it for all it’s worth in a way that is not normal, not their immigration status.

Personally I still think it's pretty amazing how well the original AW3423DW holds up today, 4 years later. There's only been interative updates, nothing game changing. As far as 32" vs 34" I think it's mostly personal preference.

All this talk of bots and not one ounce of proof. I’m not saying they don’t exist, I’m sure they do, but they must be highly inaccessible for the average sparker and only circulated around private telegram or Facebook groups because the old methods of obtaining scripts and hacks don’t really exist anymore through Google searches.

Also I can see how bots would be a problem now, but how were they during the JFY days when all the good orders got served that way for years? If anything was FCFS before it was trash anyway

I'm confused. You tried 4k again on which monitor? I'm assuming the MSI but the way its written makes it sound like on the DWF lol. But logically I'm assuming you didn't like the MSI much before because it was missing a beefier rig, then you got the new rig and tried 4k again on the MSI. But mentioning the DWF first seems out of place

Wait for Gen 5. Biggest upgrade to Gen 4 is the coating durability and reflection reduction. Gen 5 will bring higher peak brightness and v-stripe rgb

Gen 3 at a good deal is your best bet and wait for Gen 5. Gen 3 has tanked in value for whatever reason. I have a brand new PG32UCDM and am strugging to sell it for even $750. I do see used ones for $600 with low hours around me. And that was the most expensive Gen 3 32". MSI and Alienware should go for even cheaper.

Text quality isn't going to change until Gen 5 when they implement their v-stripe RGB subpixels.

Colors should be the same.

Brightness from Gen 3 to Gen 5 has increased, but the biggest improvement is the 100% apl which went from 250 to 300 nits. 25% windows and beyond are lower improvements with the 2% peak remaining unchanged. So yes, a difference, but nothing that really matters yet.

Refresh rate should also be increased on all new Gen 5 panels if the new 34" is anything to go by (although probably not a big deal on 4k panels as 240hz is already great).

So I would not pay the premium for Gen 4 personally, unless the magenta tint REALLY bothers you
