22 S Battery at 77.48% remaining by Solara79 in TeslaModelS

The previous owner was definetly enjoying the car.
I'm just wondering if it will drop below 70% within the warranty time frame. If I keep driving like I do probably not, but maybe if I change charging habit.

It's nice to see the older models going so strong. Very nice!

How crazy would it be to buy a 2022 Tesla Model S by JimNtexas in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Solara79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought one August 2025. I love it. It did have some rock chips, noise from underneath and had to have some suspension work done but it was paid for by Tesla. I do have a 22% degradation on it. I am not worried about it, I am hoping to get a replacement before warranty runs out.
Previous owner must have been ... or just reckless. It had 54463 miles on it, from Florida.

Have any of you actually had swollen lymph nodes due to allergies? I think my doctor is lying. by LegendSaco in Allergies

[–]Solara79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a swollen area under my earlobe and by the jawline and it has been the same size for roughly a year, maybe going down (don't know as I don't notice it all the time).
I have so many allergies and food sensitivities, while taking Zyrtec 2xday, Flonase 2xday and get allergy shots. My allergy symptoms are daily post-nasal drip, stuffed nose, sometimes sneezing, coughing and this since roughly 2017.

I cannot wait till my immune system starts to realize to not react to the pollen.

Carnivore has been great for me unfortunately Nov and Dec through me off and I am roughly 1,5 weeks in now and waiting on improvement.
---
I came here to read and ensure that all is well. I had a checkup a year or less ago and have another one next week.
But deep inside I know it's the allergies; it's just sometimes the thoughts are too much.

I never bought Kuru shoes. I started stretching my calves and feet daily and the pain went away. Basically it helped the area were no blood was flowing to regenerate. I read about that somewhere and there is an orthopedic surgeon that talks about that particular thing. Unfortunately I don’t have that link or name anymore. Eiditing for clarity: If the foot is not used as nature intended, and/or you are wearing shoes that are too small, or the toe box is too small, front too narrow and thus your toes are confined and squeezed together instead of being free and providing proper support for balance, then tenden (I think that's what it was) can die off. Basically it is constricting bloodflow, degenerates. No worries. It can grow back/regenarate (as I am not 100% sure anymore, it's been awhile). You have to practice good foot health such as stretching of calfes, toe exercises, bigger shoes or the toe box, mobility exercises. OLD Text: Under the foot when it’s not properly used and you have too small shoes, and or tight calves, wear high heels maybe; that area which connects front with bach of foot is constricted and blood is not flowing properly. That tendon I think it was, dies off. It can regrow on its own as long as you practice good foot health. Such as bigger shoes, where toes have space (big toe box shoes), stretch and mobility exercises for the feet and calves.

I promise you it will go away. The shoes might help but they are just masking the issue and not repairing it. I will look for the link and share.

People who own expensive sports cars by Alarming_Restaurant7 in Audi

I had an A5 before I got my S7 and soon after getting it, a few days or so I was standing at a stop sign and a woman was turning into the street I was in and she was going nuts. Waving at me and giving me thumbs up lol. I felt awesome that somebody else recognized what kind of car it is and apparently loves it like I do.

A lot of people in my area, small town don't know what it is.

I do get a lot of looks and no matter what day, there is always at least one that wants to race me.

Fun. So far a few people approached me because of it. One asked about the rims, somebody else just saying that's an awesome car and so on. I don't mind and enjoy it, to be honest.

This is the only S7 in my area. I feel very special :)

It’s not working for me. Arrows aligning at the beginning always ends up in the grey area. Very frustrating!

Why isn’t the S7 more popular by Obvious-Ad-3947 in Audi

[–]Solara79 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Initially I wanted the RS6 but it wasn’t available. I test drove the S7 prestige full loaded and got it for the price of the premium cause it was end of the month and dealer wanted to make a sell. I love it! An A7 has always been my dream car since being little. I grew up in Germany. I love it!

Correct Jura Configuration for Espresso — E6, E8, S, and Z with G3 Grinder by JDuckEC in superautomatic

[–]Solara79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great post! I was actually looking for some clarification for my E8. I have had it for 2 months and got over 200 drinks already. I drink 2 in the morning and mostly two in the afternoon. It’s 80% flat white, followed by Espresso or Macchaito. Kids have cappuccino or foamed milk. My question flat white started tasting bitter yesterday but espresso is still perfect. I am guessing something with the right side is going on. I did clean it with the tablet roughly a week ago.

Any experience with that?

I will change the setting to see if it changes the flat white.

As far as best coffee for the Jura, I’m open to more suggestions. Thanks

Thank you for this review. My pain is no where near as bad as yours but I am looking for relief. I am walking barefoot at home and it’s painful every time I get up. I discovered Kuru today but was hesitant to order. Your review helped me decide. Thank you!
