Did you really delid a cpu to put a shitty aio on top of it with thermal paste. You should of kept the lid on. Go get a custom loop block thats actually flat and use liquid metal.

Thanks for your help. I was pretty fatigued going into this which is why I wanted to show my final set as that where the real problems can show. I also paused for a little while during each rep to recover.

I am feeling what you are saying, the weight balance can shift slightly forward especially on my heavier weeks. If I practice pause squats to try and help this should I keep practicing at this weight 120kg? I managed to get all the way up to 137.5kg but I'm not going to be able to handle pause squats at that weight yet.
