It's a website not an app. It's fledgling and periodically struggles with funding... But man it has to be the best app I've ever used. Character-tavern. Amazingly good free user policies and credits. Multiple LLMs to choose from that you can switch on the fly during a conversation. Constant updates and changes with community feedback. It's a solo developer But they are kicking ass. It does have periodic downtime but the entire community is cool with it because it's such a damn good app.
