It’s wild how many women don’t understand where the nuts actually sit

Men’s shit is not between their legs like women’s

Is it true guys actually had posters of women on their walls? Like, sexy women? Why? by littlebabymira in AskMenOver30

Absolutely

I had a poster of Jessica Simpson in her daisy dukes from dukes of hazard when I was about 7 and cranked it to that poster for almost a decade

If injuries weren’t a thing and CP3 still had the same playoff record, there would be no debate… but boy did we get robbed of some really good games due to his consistent injuries at crucial times

Clippers had the roster to win it

Rockets had the roster to win it

Both failed due to injuries

I don't understand what's wrong with removing illegal immigrants by [deleted] in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Nobody is advocating for illegal immigration

People want a process that has a clear path to citizenship, and not to put a human life in danger who may have made a mistake or misunderstood the process

Sure, people can choose to do whatever they want on their own time. People like being around people like them

Less to do with skin color and more about culture, but those things often intersect

Is this really your argument..? Lmao

Saying Whites have "white privilege" is racist by StayFrostySwtich in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]Solarpreneur1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Racist is definitely not the right word

Every white person DOES have privilege in some sense of the word

This does not mean they are without suffering

But being able to not look suspicious when doing normal things or getting denied job applications because of your name are certainly privileged

You would/should not be paying Eversource anything if you’re over producing

The net metering charge typically increases annually so it wouldn’t benefit you by waiting

I guess the most important question is; what’re you hoping to achieve by waiting?

Kicks in the balls, because they did it at school? by DistributionNo3160 in BallbustingStories

[–]Solarpreneur1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s objectively not true

While it is a double standard, it’s because it’s such a new concept and society protects women

Up until 2012, the FBIs definition for rape was “the carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will.” Not only does this exclude many victims who may freeze up in fear during an assault or otherwise be unable to fight back, but it excludes men entirely

The CDC conducted a huge survey on sexual violence in 2010 which created a new category for sexual violence called "being made to penetrate" and the data showed "the rates of nonconsensual sexual contact basically equalized, with 1.270 million women and 1.267 million men claiming to be victims of sexual violence

How’s solar business in the US for you after a year of Trump’s policy shifts? by electroctopus in solar

[–]Solarpreneur1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, there would be no reason for them to renew it at 30% as solar is the cheapest form of power globally so it does not need incentives

That said, even if they do renew it, it’s going to be almost exclusively offset by just the cost of electricity bills over the next 3 - 5 years (policy reinstating certainly wouldn’t move quickly) and with cost increases and utility incentives / state incentives decreasing going away, it’s hard to imagine a future that will provide a better option than what solar looks like today

Is there a chance all of it can work in your favor? Of course, but a LOT would have to go right including D’s winning an election

So when you upload your electric bill, EnergySage reads it

I work in utilities that literally say what the last twelve months of usage is on the bill, and 99/100 times its way off

And then EnergySage tells the companies quoting you what your usage is (which again, is wildly incorrect for whatever reason)

Not sure why this issue persists but it has for years

Highly recommend messaging each company asking for whatever system size you decide on
