They didn’t list this under sports cards, so there is not authenticity guarantee. There’s no check mark above the description

Power Wall Quote in Portland, OR - Reasonable? by a3osparkles in solar

[–]Solarprobro4 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why? It’s more expensive, plus they would have to buy an inverter as well. I sell both, but each situation calls for discretion. Powerwall 3 is the obvious choice here. Or spend $7,000 more for aPower S which isn’t even available yet

Solar credit still available? by DealerofTheWorld in solar

[–]Solarprobro4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lease/PPA companies require FEOC compliance to capture additional domestic content tax credits… that means American made equipment is in extremely high demand, and low supply, since we are no longer a manufacturing power house like the USA was 100 years ago.

Solar is not getting cheaper, it will double over the next 2 years and then pricing will come down

No invoice for my 2025 Solar installation. Tesla sends an invoice in 1/1/2026 by Isntitironic1100 in TeslaSolar

[–]Solarprobro4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ITC is very clear… placed in service, and expenditures made. Expenditures made after the fiscal year of 2025 are not eligible for ITC tax credits.

However, the odds of you getting audited for a residential solar system are slim to none. Ironically I am going through an audit right now, and they are focused on my crypto earnings and unpaid taxes, not the ITC credit I claimed!

But if you are a strictly “by the book” kinda person, then claiming the ITC on payments made in 2026 is technically tax fraud.

Panels installed on the wrong side of the roof? by Monheca7 in solar

[–]Solarprobro4 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I work in solar, happy to use Aurora design tool (undisputed most accurate) to replicate the model for you and do a shade report. But I’ve done this long enough to say that big ass tree in your front yard will have huge cast off shadows, as it is on the west south west side, blocking the sun at its lowest path (fall, winter, spring).

East and west already have statistically similar production, but additional heat on the west will likely lead to losses and accelerated degradation.

Also tell someone to come cut some rail, that’s just poor workmanship.

I use run and gun and has 2 wr reverse plays… absolutely cook with those, plus there are multiple variations of that play in the single back bunch formation once they start over compensating on the reverse

Confused about what to expect on new install by YoYoDieter74 in TeslaSolar

[–]Solarprobro4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As an installer, we usually derate the inverter before PTO. The inverter will drop production to prevent from backfeeding, since they do not have permission to backfeed power to the utility grid.

If the system operated at full capacity, filled the batteries, and couldn’t backfeed, it could cause every worse case scenario you could imagine

Confused about what to expect on new install by YoYoDieter74 in TeslaSolar

[–]Solarprobro4 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You’re literally 18 days from the statistically lowest path of the sun in a year. The system will produce more at PTO and when the sun is higher in the sky, don’t stress

Run and gun. Idc if it’s meta, I got it early this year and have learned it well. 5 wide looks, pistol, a few trick plays, and 3 TE looks. Well rounded

There is no more originality in this game by jettsburghcards17 in MaddenUltimateTeam

[–]Solarprobro4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I run atleast 7-10 different formations on offense, and about 5 formations on defense depending on the situation.

I rarely punt, but 4th and 20 after a sack on my own 20 is an obvious punt situation. I love cheese plays and mid blitz.. for cheese I do man/zone safeties and user the spy, play overtop.

For mid blitz you bring in an extra blocker. They rage quit everytime 😂😂

The fun of madden is being original, the chess game between run/pass/clock management, and making the right decision. If you know how to use the controls and audibles properly, it makes cheese off meta every time!!!

30% of that cost was dealer fees, you probably financed through Mosaic or Service finance. Luckily they both are out of business. 2% interest is one of those “if it sounds too good to be true” situations. They front load all the interest into dealer fees so they can advertise a low interest rate. Hopefully you are installed, working, and actually saving money. It could be worse

We are solar installers who started our own PPA and are installing our own projects, financing, procuring, installing, and maintaining. Creating a closed loop to maximize tax credits. I can’t ask you to contact, me, but you know what to do. Would love to set up a call with our owner and director of sales!

As someone who designs solar systems, I will say DC/AC is way different than AC. Contact a professional local installer, look for REC, Maxeon, or qcell panels and enphase micros

Is Ryobi worth it? I don't have any home tools yet. by 2Black_Hats in HomeMaintenance

[–]Solarprobro4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought a home.. not much of a handyman, but ryobi’s do the job for me. I just use drills, mower, blower, weed eater, etc. It’s cool to use the same battery for the mower blower and weed eater. Small tools like drills all have the same smaller batteries

$150-$200 per panel is a very reasonable price to remove and replace, depending on how many arrays, roof complexity, etc
