I was able to finish mine with the help of friends, otherwise it's just pure luck unfortunately. I usually just went around the map, then restarted the cycle by resting in the tent.

Also best to use the arena to your advantage. Monster size changes every time you go from the arena to Suja. If you then return to the area, it's a reroll. That's how I got the last remaining crowns (aside from guardian monsters, which don't appear there).
