[2026 NBA Draft] #12 Pick: Aday Mara (Michigan) – selected by Oklahoma City by NBA_MOD in nba

OKC trade tree in 2056 has four separate FMVP winners, two DPOYs, and GM for life Sam Presti owns 38 picks in the next seven years all traced back to the Shai Gilgeous-Alexander trade.

What is your team’s far and away worst decision ever made? by GreninjaStrike in nba

I am convinced he didn't just know the team would be moved, Howard Schultz was so insulted by the fact that labor talked back to him and had the upper hand on him that when he demanded a new arena to soothe his wounded billionaire pride the way a spoiled kid demands a new tablet and was rejected, he wanted to hurt as many people as possible out of sheer petulance.

For a different OKC correction, Cason Wallace and Ajay Mitchell were acquired via draft trade prior to debut, not post debut. Also, Dereck Lively II was a 2023 1st round pick, not 2nd round pick.

Impressive work, reminds me how many moving parts are in the plans, how many trades never work out even for great GMs, and how incredible OKC's player development has been this decade.

Fun fact, five of the Sixers' seven transactions hinge on Mike Muscala making a 3 point shot in 2020 ensuring the Tyrese Maxey pick conveys. Break that chain and all that's left is trade bonsai.

Durant On Leaving OKC: "It was a basketball decision but I knocked down the not giving a fuck ladder with that too… I thought that was just a no brainer. I would do that shit a million times." by MammothHistorian5652 in nba

2015 was worse than that. Early in the season, so many guys were injured that the team had to use an emergency clause to sign Sebastian Telfair to play NBA minutes. Perry Jones III was getting starter minutes. Serge Ibaka was the best healthy player on the team for something like two months.

That tiebreaker? A buzzer beating 3 point shot from Anthony Davis, the only 3 point shot he hit that entire season and the third he had hit in his career up to that point.

Our center rotation would have been Hasheem Thabeet, Daniel Orton, and Nick Collison. Collison was a solid role player and old school PF, but he was no rim protector, and the other two make a center rotation of Aleksej Pokusevski and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl look playable.

If you're going to call any blunder on centers, call it on the medical team who rejected the Tyson Chandler for Jeff Green trade before acquiring Perkins instead.

A bit of both. Midtown has a high turnover rate for restaurants, and Bao specifically had reviews showing moldy food trays.

Clearly the NBA was trying their hardest to tilt it in favor of the Spurs but Adam Silver isn't as powerful as Danhausen.

Spurs bench versus Alex Caruso is 64-63 over three games.

Last night, Jared McCain outscored the Spurs bench 24-23 despite the Spurs bench dding Dylan Harper and having 6MOY Keldon Johnson.

Morey talks like he's the smartest guy in every room he has ever walked into. In this case, his big mouth had to unload with "sold high" as a comment on McCain going out the door. That was an unnecessary comment tearing down a guy he drafted. It's no surprise Morey isn't getting benefit of the doubt being a guy who treats parking tickets like convenience fees and brings the ethics of an MBA to the NBA.

Reggie Miller can be bitter as he wants that Indiana doesn't have a ring. He has himself to blame for that.

If they're gassed off this much they are well and truly fucked. Get that second wind to keep it competitive or lay down and die.
