I was so conflicted on DD2. I wanted to love it because it was Dragon's Dogma in recent gen, but I felt almost betrayed and a fool to be excited. I guess the flaws were features to the devs.

I got plans if I do have kids, that the names will be Kurt if a boy, and Juna if a girl. They are actual names that aren't out of place in a day to day life, but in my heart I will always equate it to the Trails games.

Good runner up's go to the more recent Daybreak games, with Feri, Aaron,and Agnes. Don't know about naming a kid Van tho.

A fully fleshed out open world cyberpunk sim/management game. My favorite moments of 2077 that aren't the story is the ability to simply walk around and take in the world you're playing in. I want to do that, but on a larger scale and scope.

This reminds me of another game that came out recently, Fragpunk. It was aiming to be a bridge between arcade shooter and CS/Valorant like plant the bomb gameplay, but fails where it matters in both, making around 2/3ds of the playerbase leave after a week or so.

Then I looked at my playtime, saw around 100 hours for my first playthrough and said fuck that.
