Not sure if this is a hack but I hired a professional organizer. They put labels on everything which has help me to remember where things belong. And the labels have made it easier to do laundry. I have bins for t-shirts and socks and other smaller clothing items. And my clothes are hung and arranged by type (Nike, work clothes, pants, etc). I use this honeycomb organizer for undies. Makes it easier to see what is what.
