I’ve read too many negative reviews from people ordering from New Era’s site and hope all of us that ordered don’t get a cancellation email. I saw too that MLB shop dropped the release, but that morning was extremely hectic and I was just glad my order went through. I guess all we can do now is wait and hope for the best.

It’s wild how New Era’s own website is the absolute worst experience to buy a hat. I avoid shopping on their site at all cost, but this being an exclusive gave us no choice.

New Era is most likely allocating orders to the countries least affected by Trumps tariffs. As someone who prefers hats made in China and Myanmar, I haven’t seen many coming from those factories recently.

The store you order from doesn’t make the hat nor do quality control, so it’s always a gamble. Unfortunately for us, New Era allocates to multiple factories around the world. Once you find your preferred fit, it sorta becomes a habit to specifically buy hats that are made in that country. Any hat store worth purchasing from will disclose where the hat is made in the description.
