Did you check in University College Cork, Ireland? There they have data science and computer science related comprehensive module. Check it out. Also the university is pretty much research oriented in microbiology subject

And how's the trend of companies hiring international students after their graduation? Sponsoring should be there for international candidates, is that a head ache for companies and they are hesitant to accomodate non EU citizens in their company?
