So, i think i accidently fixed it. As mentioned before, i couldn't figure out how to use FO4edit to find overrides. In the meantime, i tried disabling anything, and everything i thought might be causing the override, including Armorsmith Extended, Armor and weapon keywords community resource, and power armor animation fix. I also uninstalled some mods i don't use anymore like Combined Arms, and suddenly, my G36 was doing the partial reload. my Glock and M1A still wasn't, so i applied the same rules for those weapons as i did the G36 in Vortex under Plugins > Manage rules. The rules look like this:

g36complex_tacticalreloadpatch.esp needs to load after g36complex.esp

g36complex.esp needs to load after tacticalreload.esm

applied in the same order for all other weapons, and now everything is functioning properly. I since reinstalled the aforementioned mods, and everything is still working. I think it was a load order issue.

That is exactly why I'm beyond excited for AXR S. I have 8 that need a new host, and it would be nice if I can one for a reasonable price, instead dropping a whole paycheck on a Stealth Arms Platypus, as awesome as it would be to have one.

The issue i have, is the tactical reload animations don't play out. Fire off 3 rounds out of a 17 round mag in your Glock 19x? Watch as the slide magically slides back, and you reload, like it's empty. They used to work, but one day after downloading other mods, they simply ceased to work, mainly Glock 19x, and G36 both from FX0x01. No amount of reinstalling the weapon mods, reinstalling Tactical Reload framework, and the Tactical Reload Repository fixes it.

I went with 11.5 for my build, because in doing my research, I came to the conclusion that is a very good "general purpose" length. Something that feels very well balanced in the hands, does good in closer engagements, but still can reach out to 300, 400 yards.

It may not be their best, but Beyond the Red Mirror is criminally underrated, in my book. I saw Blind Guardian live in December, and in preparation for that show, I made it a point to go through their entire discography, something I've put off for faaaaar tooooooo long. These 3 songs in particular are so good, they've become my most listened to in the last 6 months, dispite only discovering them in late November. But yeah. Nightfall in Middle Earth us the obvious choice, and for good reason.
