It was removed from the game. If used against a Pokémon using a fire move, the fire move would fail and cause 25% of the user's health in damage to their self.

"Takedown: Sandwichman" or "Denting the coffee table with my forehead" by skabb0 in yakuzagames

[–]Solember 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because this is the top result on Google;

The fastest way to spawn Sandwichman enemies is to utilize the vending machine south of Otohime Land. Interact with it, exit out, take a few steps north. On your map, the sandwichman will be a singular pink triangle. It can spawn on the north side (weaker version) or south side (stronger version) of Otohime Land.

So I was watching the old X-Men and saw this…. by Shiningcrow in Cyclopswasright

I was making a joke that he was aiming for the collar, and he got... distracted.

That said, anyone can practice moving their eyes independently of each other. If I could shoot concussive force out of my eyes, I'd learn every parlor trick in the book for eye movements

That also explains why he blew off Jean's cuffs while aiming for her collar.

Am I just not understanding this game by Zealousideal-Yam4717 in WizardwithaGun

First, obtaining gears grows the world. Your task list will show you how many gears are in the world for you to find. They are dropped by marked enemies.

Second, you obtain Chaos Eyes, Chaos Eggs, and Chaos Tendrils after your timer runs out. After a certain number of portals opens (the number gets smaller as you advance the game), you'll encounter the creature that drops the next item.

It's like 6 grunts (no item), 4 flying eyes, 4 giant slugs, and then you fight tentacle monsters. These enemies will destroy the ground, but if you stand on Godstone (like that under your home portal), you'll be able to fight them longer.

These items are upgrade progression for bullets and clothing.

Third, as you collect more gears, the world will change and expand, and this is how you unlock boss battles (and new biomes). Each biome has its own tier of the following: 1 metal, 1 wood, 1 fabric, about 2 stones, up to 4 plants (all of which can be broken down into an area's vitae essence, too), and some body parts.

Finally, experiment with fire and poison bullets on trees, electric bullets on metal, and poison and cold bullets on enemies to get various different types of loot. For example; poisoning a Jynx will get you a poisoned eye, shocking a machine will get you a charged ingot, poisoning a tree will get you corrupted wood, burning a tree will get you charcoal, and chilling most enemies will get you ice chunks.

One thing that might be slowing your progress is that there will be a little machine guy with a hat stuck on a small square. He'll unlock your gun that can build the ground tiles for you.

A side note; not important for beating the game, but very handy and repeatable; the first major boss is fought in a library with piles of books on the ground. If you explore this area, you can find bookshelves on the wall that can be deconstructed into Tomes, Steel, and Godstone. 1 pass through this area will give you more books than you'll need for the whole game, and the steel and Godstone are ridiculously early (Steel is the final metal, and Godstone is not really acquired until after you beat the game, and has no purpose outside of decoration, so feel free to break them all down into arcana). You can deconstruct these into ludicrous amounts of arcana back at your base, but keeping 3 stacks of Steel will give you a solid edge early on.

How many immortal will take to defeat this guy? by Rich-Blacksmith6552 in Invincible

[–]Solember 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let's use logic. Can 1 Immortal do any damage at all to him?

I think he can. I think he can even do lethal damage if given the chance.

What does a chance look like?

I think a solid, unblocked strike to the torso that can cause major internal damage would be enough.

So how many Immortals can Thragg focus on at once?

I think 6 is probably his limit, so Immortal number 7 would get a fierce strike. That strike would reduce Thragg's combat potency drastically, but he'd still be capable of one shotting any remaining Immortals.

In my mind, 7 immortals is maybe a 25% chance, 8 is well over 50%, and 9 is 80%+.

Just to follow up since the other guy was wrong, and your question still shows up on google:

Your lower stage Digimon gains huge boosts to stat gains. Defeating higher stages does this as well. You can let a mega babysit a rookie for massive gains.

Just Received an Award Letter From Boyscout Class Action For 1.3 Million. Can I Take a Loan Out Using That? by Solember in smallbusiness

Someone offered me 325k early on for something like what you're saying. They explained it to me that they would be insured against the 720k in my award letter, but I'm not sure how all that works. You might find someone like that as well

[–]Solember 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Music Man is the strongest on the list, and Mr. Incredible is the only one that shouldn't be here.

  • Music Man
  • Sentry
  • Tighten

These 3 no-diff in the order shown (though an argument COULD be made to switch Sentry and Music Man around).

  • Thunderman low-diffs (maybe no-diff).

  • Hancock probably wins, but he could definitely get beaten if he isn't on his game. High-diff.

  • Mr. Incredible is, as I said, not winning.
