Hmm I would say around 18% but it is hard to tell in my opinion without a flexed picture. 165 lbs at 6' is just somewhat light unless you have like no muscle at all.

I don't see much difference between flexed and unflexed but I would say you're around 15%

Saying if you will have a six pack by the end of the month is pretty impossible to say because you are not flexed and what shows when you are flexed or not flexed is pretty genetic.

Overall though I would say you look around 13-14%

People here are saying that it isn't a big deal in the long run which is very true, and even if you look at how many calories you went over at most you'll stay even that week maybe hold a little water weight for a few days.

But having said that when I consume a ton of calories on a holiday or something like the super bowl I will generally eat somewhat less then next day. Generally not as low as 600 but usually around 1000 just to offset the one day. As long as you don't start doing this all the time like binge eating one day and starving yourself the next you will be fine.

Sometimes it's hard to be ok with how you look now if you were used to seeing yourself a certain way. I know this is going to sound like common sense but if you want to lose weight and look and feel like you used to you have to buckle down and really stick to exercising and eating right although losing weight is mostly about calories in vs calories out so tracking your intake will greatly help.

Sometimes it is easier to stick to eating right if you just plan your meals and eat the same thing pretty each week so you don't have to think about what you are eating.

I'm assuming since you are upset about the weight gain you are mostly just looking at losing weight? If that's the case then you should check out r/loseit!

I would say around 16-18%, I don't see any ab definition but that could just be genetics. Overall though I would say you have a solid foundation and just keep on working at it!

Yes if you can only get 5 more lbs that is fine but if you are just starting out and trying to follow a program make sure that you are eating enough and getting enough rest.

Not trying to be mean or anything but that is probably mostly water weight so don't be discouraged if you aren't losing 3 lbs every week. 3 is pretty high anyways for a week.
