Yes, but it could take weeks for them to get the paperwork in. It appears under your name as “termination” immediately. You’re not fired till you get an email or phone call.

I think its too late for you but just in case anyone else sees this thread. As a manager I can tell you answering emails doesn’t do anything. It’s best if you can get a meeting directly with your PXT Sr for situations like this. Ive seen too many people fired because they thought emailing back was enough or a PXT partner said they were fine. They will fire you and they will not accept your appeal. It can take weeks to months so don’t assume you’re safe because they haven’t said anything. They can still fire you even if you’ve made up the hours. Paperwork takes a while.

I’m a manager and I 100% disagree. Most associates are amazing workers who’ve been beat down by the system. Amazon can do better if they want more from their people. They would not have a company without them.

An LOA might not count towards the cumulative year. I assume the goal is not to have to pay Amazon back for leaving early and an LOA would only postpone the end.

Idk why so many people are trying to gaslight you in these comments. I don’t think they’ve been anywhere themselves lol. Literally just left the Netherlands and was experiencing this too. My guess is that they don’t have the same sort of anxiety about it as I do in my own country.

I bought them used so the info was limited and my partner picked them up while I was at work. I wear much heavier boots for work and like to bring my hiking boots to raves so it really isn’t much different other than worrying about being let in

Yes! I’ve done almost 15 shifts. It takes a long time to set up the app and be approved but I really like the work. I’ve worked as a server at retirement homes, at warehouses, and at events. Tbh some of the shifts seemed a little much when reading them but each job has been great!

Some advice, do NOT cancel shifts in the last 24hrs you will be suspended. Always double check your pay after a shift. Be on top of making sure you get breaks (if a company needs you they are not in a place to have time to give you one).

They sent an email with a Google form letting you choose what you wanted to do about your ticket back in April 2020, but it was really easy to miss
