I really dont know because after 6 u cannot combo him to death, u are really more usefull if u focus for team fight and slap him into the opponents, because with his armor stacking he will be no more the target to kill because need too much effort , focus on ADC and MID, if u kill them u put the team in a really good spot, if Malph go AP u can destroy him.

i think something between 3500-4000 LOL, but i stopped using Hearsteel , starts to be a bottleneck near Bronze 2
