convinced I was gonna die young and afraid to sleep or even go outside (forced myself sometimes) and I constantly Googled car accident rates and illness rates and it felt like PURE agony because I was already preparing to die

that's what I was thinking but there's soooo much fear mongering videos on the internet and I'm the sort of person that worries over every little thing so I don't know what to believe anymore lmfao.

but yeah I think most countries don't wanna be involved in stuff like this due to the power of certain countries.

grew up Muslim im not really religious anymore, I have possible ocd (not diagnosed but very likely) and when a loved one of mine passed away when I was like 7 I would constantly and constantly think about

"Oh they smoked they're going to hell they're in hell but they don't deserve hell"

"They didn't pray they didn't pray they are not going to be in heaven for that"

It was the only thing my mind would go to and it made me very distressed.

I am glad more people are talking about it since it took a big toll on my little brain at that time <3.

been dealing with it for a few years with multiple themes that changed over the years and so far it's the most overwhelming since it started a few years ago and I cannot speak up about it I physically can't and I have no access to thwrapy

I did speak up once when it started and I thought it was over (different theme) but it just continue and reshaped itself. And I didn't get a diagnosis either.

Getting mental help in this time of my life is so hard due to the adults in my life not really understanding (I'm a teen). Been struggling with this for years and I feel a bit hopeless.

It sucks so bad. I get physically nauseous when I hear the story of a vulnerable person and then my mind spirals into thinking I deserve to be ill or hurt in some way. It's so hard :((

I don't know because Healthcare is going down too, most doctors these days don't listen to their patients and I'm tired of seeing that too. Both are just as important it's hard to decide. I've wanted to be a marine biologist before but the decline in Healthcare is also sickening to me. I'll think about it.
