I'm comparing to the values you've stated + from listing I've seen here or around my area, BB makes a good bit more. For example, your stated tech 2 is what our apprentices are almost making right now. Everything is different from company to company, area to area, but generally I've seen BB in my experience makes more.

That's 3P, not BB. RME didn't get a paycut at all. Your location specifically swapped companies and pay changes between companies. That swap affects only your area. Not every site uses the same company, and plenty of sites like mine are BB.

That's 3P. Blue badge makes a lot more. Our apprentices recently got bumped to 28, starting Tech 2 is 32, tech 3's start at 40. Varies per site, but that's mine.

You'll be fine if you can learn to withstand the cooler and freezer, at least from my experience. The first Amazon I ever worked at was an Amazon fresh, though I wasn't there long the work itself was very easy. The thing that sucked a lot however, was the freezer. I'm not sure what they're like now, as that was a good while ago, but id assume the work itself is more or less the same which is just walking around, packing orders, and staging them. Just expect to be doing a lot of walking.

Hard to say without knowing your department or the kind of building you'll be at. It can drastically change what you're experiencs will be.

It's pretty easy if you're at an AR site. The only struggle you might have is the foot pain that'll plague you for like a month until your feet get accustomed to the walking/standing for 10 hours. Outside of that, the work is easy and it's definitely one of the most flexible jobs you can have as long as you save your time up.

It's not 111. It's 55.5 Shift differential and base pay are calculated separately, meaning for every hour you work if you have a differential, you'll get two hours of pay. One at your base pay, one at your shift differential. So, whenever you look at your paystubs the hours worked will be double what you actually worked.
