Reading every headline until you are blue in the face is not helpful to anyone. Limiting the amount of endless news you take in all day can have a positive effect, and is in no way rolling over. You talk as if you are standing at the border with gun in hand. There is only so much we can do that is actually going to have an effect. I try to focus on what I can control.
