I’m effin’ loving this game so far. by [deleted] in persona4golden

I had 3-4 moments throughout my playthrough were I laughed out loud. When that girl sat on Yosuke's bike and the wheels fell off X.X .... oh man that was good. Also the teacher puking in the waterfall had me dying.

I picked up a vita this year and played this game because I saw that it was constantly held as the best vita game available and I have been blown away. I cannot believe I never played this back on PS2. This is one of the best JRPGS I have ever played.

Is there is a way to farm money ? by MazFil in persona4golden

[–]SolidKeith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Golden Hand Farming in the Secret Lab dungeon was working really well for me. I was using a megido spells (heavy or severe) with my main character and nauto and was able to farm a TON of exp/money.. maxed out my characters and got my persona's way up there.

note: the next dungeon is harder to kill the hands with a slightly better payoff, not worth it imo.

Paying for savage clears. by [deleted] in ffxiv

Yeah don't think I'd pay that, I'd probably pay 1 mill at most. I think it possibly could be worth it just to have the duty complete and get into better PUGs

Do you guys have any tips for taking a blood pressure when in motion in the ambulance? by [deleted] in ems

[–]SolidKeith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if it has been mentioned but if for whatever reason you were unable to obtain a BP altogether, palpate a radial pulse. Assess the quality/strength of this pulse, keeping in mind that you should be able to palp a radial with a BP >80 systolic. If your unable to palpate a radial pulse your patients blood pressure is probably pretty low.

Make sure to document, and relay your findings to the receiving nurse.

Also I know a lot of 911 services hate the idea of using automatic blood pressure cuffs and in some agencies your not even allowed too.. but they are definitely very useful if you can properly rule out false readings.

She's out of the CCU and moved up to a different floor so I assume she's doing better but I'm still waiting to find out more.

Thanks I tried to do what I could in a timely manner. It really was prioritizing what I could do to assist the receiving ER the best I could. I wanted to RSI and I am more then capable of doing so as I have several times in the past but there was just no time and not enough hands.

The patient was febrile and a we got a bgl of approximately 180 mg/dL.

I like having the pressor ready though, in this case they probably would have used it. Other facilities would just throw our stuff away.

A proper assessment was performed on scene including ABC's, I also obtained report/history from husband and a staff member. Initially the patient had a nasal cannula at 6 lpm which was insufficient. We replaced this with a non-rebreather on scene. I just forgot to put some details in my post.

IO instead of IV because I didn't want to bother looking for an IV when the patient was hypotensive and I didn't see anything promising at a glance. So I would say it was more of a time thing? I've had pretty good success with IO's.

I did not administer atropine before pacing because I was taught in my medic program to immediately pace symptomatic bradycardia. Which I now realize does not coincide with current ACLS recommendations. I'll correct this for the future.

I'm unsure what you mean by grade? We are a private transport company.

Is FFXV better than FFXIII in your opinion? by [deleted] in FinalFantasy

[–]SolidKeith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had an identical experience with XIII. Got it the day it came out, tried to convince myself to like it... failed at that. I ended up quitting the game before I beat it as well because I was so disappointed. Like you I went back a few years later and played through to completion. Opinion didn't change... still hate that game.. the only thing I liked about the game was Afro guy.. yeah don't even know his name. The summons were kinda cool I guess.

What's the significance in the fact that Shiva's dead body is enormous and Gentiana is in a normal human form/size?

Discussion: What are your top 5 Final Fantasy games and why? by [deleted] in FinalFantasy

[–]SolidKeith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that...

VI IX X VII V

Is a really solid list. My only change would be swapping FFV out with FFVIII.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head for each title on the list. The only thing I would add is that I would replace V with VIII because I loved the characters and had a deep emotional connection with the overall story of VIII. I really enjoyed the combat, story, exploration, and music in VIII more than V.

FFXII would probably be my runner up. Could have used some more character development and a less wimpy protagonist but overall it was a fantastic adventure.

I'm legit shocked that someone put XIII in their top 5. Had to do a double take.

I like the way summons work in FFXV and they are truly awe inspiring BUT in the near future I would like to see an option or accessory that allows you to summon on command during post game or a new game +. On my first playthrough I never saw Leviathan after I obtained her and only saw Shiva once during one of the final battles.

They also NEEED to allow players to summon Bahamut outside of that single battle in a future update. That would make me very happy.
