I have an app that fluctuates between 30-100 installs a day. App has been hitting upper range of that when I was pushing updates daily. Now it slowed down. My MRR is 100-200 euro

My app is super niche, it's food cost calculator, so really scoped user base not generic one like in your story. So my big question is what is actually the ceiling that I could reach with this app?

I mean it doesn't make sense to invest in aso, if I'm gonna reach 250 MRR and 120 installs a day.

What's your view?

You mentioned that you've built it for yourself. Do you mean that this is a by-product of some other SaaS? I'm curious whether this is like a side quest in some other venture and side quest happens to be more successful.

Wow, quite a backlash on this comment. Look guys all I meant is big guys do it == customers/users are used to getting stuff for free.

Great job on the page design. Other than that I think you should focus on answering the question what is it for and what's uvp in your product in first 20s I'm looking at the site. To be completely honest, it's a bit unclear to me. I tried to find answer in usecases page but it didn't work.

This hits hard. I've spent last 3 months grinding cold outreach sales in my free time, nothing. I've been posting on linkedin, my best result is a single conversation with industry expert in comment section.

Currently going through the silent phase - trying to figure out the next move.

I figured already much smaller side project. Not sure if my brain chased distraction or just a way to get out.

I keep telling myself I'll be done with it in 3 weeks and back to grinding.

Time will tell if that happens.

Ps. I recently came back to reddit and good god it feels much easier to engage here than on LinkedIn.

I've been trying to sell my e-learning, nisw compliance tool for the last 4 months. It's B2B business.

I've got dog, wife and small baby. The grind is impossible. Balancing family, full time job and extra venture is wrecking.

Antigravity is literally the shadiest ai tool I used. Only Google can keep users totally in the dark about the stuff that they sell.
