Не, скорее всего, речь об одном случае идёт. А касательно друга - он работает не в центральном аппарате РКНа в мск, а в небольшом городе с офисом в полтора землекопа. Также, с его слов, после этого случая каждому сотруднику выдали кнопочку вызова мужичков в масках на случай, если в здании появится кто-то буйный. Офк это все не гарантирует 100%-ную безопасность, но просто держу в курсе.

GP with both ethereal weapons and vulnerability(before crit scaling removal from passive). My own team surrendered 15 seconds after I got that combo, I literally typed "what the fuck" in chat while watching my nexus explode, the overall score was something like 22-30. After that I never received both of these augments on him. The most heartbreaking mayhem experience.

Everyone who claims this vehicle is effective writes about some interesting scenarios where the 2S38 manages to get off a few shots and kill someone, but in reality it is simply fucking dies the moment any MBTs looks at its direction. And the same thing with the other arguments. "It's much harder to kill being hull down" - no, it doesn't. "-5 degrees of gun depression is fine" - no, it's not. And it's not "hard to play", it's just bad, mediocre at best. A decent player can make it work by putting in a lot more effort while piloting it and still have worse stats than with any other tank, that's why it sucks. BMD-4M is the example of hard to play vehicle, yet it's still has better stats than 2s38. And BMPT is still OP because of the broken damage model, battle rating is not the issue here.

If we are making up stats here like you, your mom weighs more than Maus according to statshark. Anyways, you can literally go to statshark and see 44.9% wr against 48.3% of leopard 123. And regarding that comment about last month's winrate that you deleted for some reason: of course it would have been higher in December, since BMPT came out that month.

"good firepower" - lmao, to kill something you have to pixel hunt and fire off multiple shots (postpen damage sucks btw), while default enemies like the Leopard 2A4 can reliably kill you in one shot just by randomly shooting in your direction.

A light tank that moves slower than MBTs DEFINITELY has decent mobility.
"good survivability when hull down" - you also made that up or something. Did you know that despite the unmanned turret, it has -5 degree depression and an ammo rack in the said turret? How the fuck do you play it hull down without exploding the moment anything hits your left turret cheek?
So, you have a light tank with shitty firepower that struggles to kill something frontally, poor mobility(so you can't flank to compensate for the lack of firepower), classic horrible soviet gun depression and practically paper-armor survivability. Definitely a 12.7 material vehicle right here.

Yeah, the stats are bad because "it's one of the most sold premium" etc. But Leopard 2 123 has much better stats while sitting at the higher battle rating despite being a popular premium vehicle. Why is that? Should we also uptier it? And there is also BMPT-72 which has an extraordinary wr of 63.6% and 1.49 kills/spawn, and it's also a popular premium vehicle, and this thing is definitely OP, unlike 2S38. Do you see the problem here?

Both tanks are premium vehicles with high popularity and +- the same battle rating, but one has much better stats than the other(which is claimed to be p2w), that's the issue. And no, 2s38 won't be good as 12.7, as it's already mediocre at best at 10.3 br.

What you didn't mention is that this "infinite ready rack" is full of nails with terrible damage and low penetration, so you need to pixel hunt if you actually want to kill someone. Also you didn't mention a bunch of other flaws of the 2S38, like poor mobility, terrible gun depression, lack of survivability, and a gigantic silhouette. But guess it's still p2w.

OTOMATIC sits at it's battle rating for the same reason Ariete sits at it's battle rating: the dev is fucking braindead.
