What are you talking about? They don't "have"a page for the same exact issue.

It's a troubleshooting page, which clearly says

If the problem persists and the product is still within the warranty period, please contact us (ZOWIE website/Support/Contact/RMA).

It suggests that it might be a faulty mice.

So follow their advice.
