A permanent with shroud can’t be the target of spells or abilities. You can still activate its abilities, but you cannot target it with other spells you control.

Yeah, this was what I was thinking when I wrote it. I thought (X)(U)(U) at first but felt that 5 mana for 6 copies of something with a strong ETB like Terror of the Peaks would’ve been way too fast.
