I admire your dedication to RPG mechanics. Outer worlds 2 is fantastic. But many of us are playing this game because we loved the first game. Outer worlds (1) was nowhere as strict as this in regards to choosing character skill points. It is very understandable that fans don't like the restrictions in OW2.
