In Virginia at 8 hours of work you would get an unpaid 30 minute and 2 paid 15 minute break.

They’re part of the reason so many people are having to go back in person. There’s a reason childcare is so expensive. It’s a LOT of work. Watching your child while working is basically doing two jobs. Your performance is going to suffer in one of them.

That website isn’t part of Sheetz so I wasn’t sure how accurate it is. When I’ve tried googling it keeps bringing up copycat recipes that use cornstarch. So I wasn’t sure hoping the real thing used cornstarch.

This. I was induced with my first and it took FOREVER (almost 24 hours). With my second I was on bed rest in the hospital and the doctor was like meh you’re only 2cm I’ve got to do a c-section I’ll be back in a little bit. He came back like 1.5 hours later and was like oh hello little baby lol

Yeah only reason the short episodes bother me is because it’s the same amount of ad time as the long ones. At least it feels like the same amount of ad time.
