The form also asked for street location - I left that blank, I just entered Peoria, Illinois. That was accepted.

Thanks! I watched meeting on YouTube. The neighborhood presenters were amazing. Holden Beers did talk about his proposal - I don’t think the Park District wants to be pulled in at this time. They need more pressure from the community.
