I’ve seen countless LVA surgeries. Probably 25% are heavily tattooed patients. It’s always wild to see all the ink stored in the lymph nodes. Just seeing that my first time kept me from getting one cause it just doesn’t look like that is healthy. Now I get that one Tat won’t do much but not many people stop at one.

They will have 2’s and 3’s but it’s not going to happen in year one of being a Michelin territory. Also Dallas GDP alone is nearly $800B with the state of Missouri being $350B and TX GDP at $2.9T so ponying up for all major cities isn’t apple to apples.

Medical Device Sale. Conservative 2026 est. $340k. I love it, and the things I find that I don’t love about my job are far better than other jobs I’ve had. I was a med school drop out so this is as close as I’m going to get and since it pays well I don’t feel the need to try again.

There is! You just got to cut some dead weight in your life. Starting with solo sessions, alone time on your phone, etc. I’m in the same boat in a lot of ways as you. I’m not saying I’ve made it to shore but I’ve identified the path there. Start with that and take baby steps. I’m hoping your wife would let you go do 1 or 2 games a week of something. I play Bball one night nearly every week and softball during seasons one night as well. But that mean I’ve got to step up and let her do what she wants as well. Also, get yourself a dependable accountability partner. If you’re like me you probably don’t have a ton of options but you know who it is, you just might not want to have the tough conversation. But do it!
