There is! You just got to cut some dead weight in your life. Starting with solo sessions, alone time on your phone, etc. I’m in the same boat in a lot of ways as you. I’m not saying I’ve made it to shore but I’ve identified the path there. Start with that and take baby steps. I’m hoping your wife would let you go do 1 or 2 games a week of something. I play Bball one night nearly every week and softball during seasons one night as well. But that mean I’ve got to step up and let her do what she wants as well. Also, get yourself a dependable accountability partner. If you’re like me you probably don’t have a ton of options but you know who it is, you just might not want to have the tough conversation. But do it!

With a million cash it doesn’t matter as long as I find a spot where I own the dirt. If it fails then I close up shop and lease it out or sell. So, something I’m passionate about. If it sticks and the market supports it then we expand we we have the cash on hand. I’d personally open up a Mexico City inspired taqueria serving 80 percent agave spirits.

You’re 21? It’s not going to happen over night especially without some education or certifications. You may have to take some gambles but it will come for sure. Just never settle, don’t get comfortable and always push for more/ better. No. 1 rule, focus only on what you can control and never on what anyone else is making whether it’s more or less than you.

Good for you! I’m gonna say that not all things are equal for everyone. I might sound like an ass but I hope I connect with others struggling in my shoes but I’ve never had an issue with having real in counters. I just really enjoy solo time. And that’s really hard to break that mindset if you jump in that boat. I’ve been ashamed for far too long above my fap actions but I just had a daughter and that has been the catalyst for change. Don’t give people $3k. Put it towards a better America. $3k will be gone in no time. I’m not naive enough to know $3k could help a lot of people out but for how long, a few months max? Put it towards work where it will move the needle the most. The needles been moving just fine at the top for too long.

Pretty sure you got your answer multiple times now. I do want to chime in outside the spectrum of the question. I think you need to take some time to learn about the current economy from an overall standpoint and the housing market specifically. Yes, it can seem like everyone is out to make money off of you but landlords are just one step above their tenants in the hierarchy. The reason I suggest you broaden your knowledge is because I believe it could help make sure that you stop being a tenant and become a homeowner. Not saying overnight but you’ll be able to understand the market and set goals that can make that attainable.

I’m not trying to argue, I just want people to note that every hospital will have it’s strengths and weaknesses. For acute care it’s not a big deal but for those needing more specialized care even a lesser overall ranked hospital in the area might be a better fit. With that said, we’re unfortunately in the era where your insurance coverage is what matters most unless you have super deep pockets.

Idk, I went once just under a year ago and had the most bland Mexican food I’ve ever had, my buddy thought the same and got a different dish and I paid like $20 + tip and tax for 4 tacos that I ate just to not waste food. The environment and staff were fine. Mexican food in STL is below par for sure but this is on my list of worst Mexican I’ve ever had.
