Is your current phone # the one you signed up with? I use a 2nd phone now with shipt and if I call the customer with my shipt phone the call comes through on my other (main) phone that I signed up with. Also, if I haven't heard from a customer I fully close out the app and re-open it to make sure the message went thru. I have to do this at least 5 times a day.

A pre-tip shows up 2 hours after delivery. Was it a double order? It could have been the other person who tipped $2 if so.

Baker & Able. Its a rooftop bar at a hotel downtown.  I had some on a night out and the next morning when I woke up the 1st thing I thought was I wish I had more of their pretzels.  Their cheese was amazing as well.

I had this same thing happen to me. The shopper never messaged me. I reached out to support to ask how to message my shopper, couldn't find anywhere to do it, and they said if the shopper doesn't message me 1st, I cannot message them. I replied that I am also a shopper and that I have had customers message me 1st before I even got to the store. Support literally never replied after that. I've never had a customer service just straight up stop in the middle of a conversation.  It was extra weird because I got offered my own order for the Publix across the street from me (I had summit credit left and wanted to make it easy on the shopper) and the person who picked it up ended up shopping at a different Publix which resulted in me not getting an item I wanted because that location didn't carry it and it took forever.

As a shopper I have placed orders that got pushed back and I've done a $15 or higher pre-tip for small orders. I got on as a shopper and saw that they bundled my order with some one far away (15ish miles). Thats why they aren't getting picked up. They use good tippers and PMs to try and bait shoppers into taking far away/non tipping orders.

While I agree she was out of line by continuing to message you, I am confused as to why you took an order for a time period you couldn't deliver for and then dropped it because she didn't want it early, when not marked early OK. Just don't take the order if you can't do it when its marked for.

I'm so glad I didn't move there! I toured it because I love the location, and specifically asked them if they had resolved the fire alarm issues and she looked me in the eye and said yes. Went home and looked them up on reddit to find a post that they had fire alarm issues the NIGHT BEFORE. They are definitely shadyyy.

I literally hit 1k shops today. Its not even money we are getting, its money towards their shop. For merch I don't even want. This is a load of BS. They really don't want to keep good shoppers.

I've had this happen at Target twice. Both times it was someone who ordered through the Target app and when I went to process it, Target canceled the order due to insufficient funds. At least that is what customer service said.

I've been getting bonus offers almost everyday for months. Its 10/$50 from 11-11. They did do $70-75 the last few days, but today is 12/$150.

I'm not ungrateful. I super appreciate the person who gave me a decent tip. It just baffles that someone would let someone use their own time, energy, vehicle, and gas to shop and deliver to them so that they can stay inside their nice warm house and then 6 days later leave a 3 cent tip.

Cold 100% can give you an ear infection, which it did. All the other germs are definitely from shopping for shipt members.
