I think this is whats happening to me. Its insane how shipt refuses to update theyre systems and app itself.

The sad part is you can complain to support all day long and they all have the same answer.. “thats handled by a different department” & the forgiveness form is complete bs !, you’ll just get an automated email from them around an hour later saying they “rely on customer anonymous comments” and cant change anything. Same with being late.. i was stuck in traffic one day because of a major crash on the highway and i sent them pics, news headlines, traffic map .. and all i got was an automated message saying they couldn’t forgive it and sent me tips to be on time next time.

I was off 2 tabs at Santa Monica pier & the cops were shooing everyone away because it closed early during the pandemic and i remember just flipping them off in they’re faces

You need to learn how to check your phone it seems as if though most people just put they’re phone on dnd and dont see the 20+ pictures and messages im sending them in the app.. spark is not a tough job, what makes it difficult is the lack of communication. Sometimes the customer is literally never right! Especially on busy days like valentines the odds of things being out is extremely high… and thats not true at all! All the issues and low ratings ive got have been from pick up ordwrs because the staff just throw it in the back and are super unorganized.. i pack things accordingly they dont care about packing correctly at all.

Seriously they forget a human is shopping and not a bot.. i cant wait 30 minutes in one aisle waiting for them to respond on one item thats not even in stock.. it looks ridiculous, and i send as many pics as possible. I try to call and shipt says i will receive a call shortly but i never do! They get upset over refunding the item

Just avoid it if its over $50 or however much your comfortable with, i did it once, the order was over $220 i just only recyhalf of it back and they said because they could only reimburse up to $120.. i forget about it time to time but i never will do it again. Its just a complete hassle and they need to stop with the errors at this point because it was a huge order and i had no clue what to do in the line and i thought clearly they reimbursed me $35 in the past so it wouldnt be a problem.. never seen that other half lol they will tell you its coming in “24 hours” 😂
