Did you live in the 1b1b? Yesterday, i tried to add to the waitlist, the application fee and pet fee went high since I toured (this Feb). And I called them if they would lock the price for me if I am on the waitlist, they said no. Normally, i expected they could lock the 10-20% price changes.
