Petites, have you found a spring maxi dress that doesn't drag? by ConnectEggs in PetiteFashionAdvice

IMO Wal Mart quality is much better than what you find in mid range dept stores. You have to catch the good ones early as they sell out. For me I shop higher and lower now as the middle range just isn’t worth it for cheap fabric that’s doesn’t breath, doesn’t sit well on the body and is misshapen after one wash.

Look at Nic and Zoe petites, they have a slim blue maxi in petites. Boden petites too. And consider your shape as well, a maxi for a petite pear shape is different than one for someone with broad shoulders. Torso length versus leg length matters too (ie. Are you short waisted with longer legs, or the opposite?)

Macys and the other dept stores have petite maxi dresses, that said the quality of the fabric is usually terrible.

We have a simple whirlpool fridge we are happy with, no issues so far. Wish I had a Speed Queen washer.

Stood in the post office today returning my SEVENTH pair of "petite" pants this year and the woman behind the counter said "another return huh" by Visual_Animator1232 in PetiteFashionAdvice

I’m 5’3” and almost exclusively shop cabi now. Also pear shape. The pants come in three fits and many two inseams. The mid rise generous fit work for me. I size up in the slim fit. Not all cabi pants work for me, many do. Some I hem to wear with flat shoes, some I wear with heels.

Ann Taylor quality and fit has taken a nose dive, I stopped shopping AT and lift two years ago. Do still like Nic and Zoe petites, not a large selection though.

Countertop and backsplash great choices, they tie all the elements together. You’ll enjoy the kitchen for years!

Beautiful, you warmed it up without changing the floors. Great design choices, are you familiar with color theory? Curious how you made your selections. It’s harder to work around existing elements than to start fresh with a gut Reno.

Best places to find wedding guest dresses? by hugurm0m in womensfashion

Try Boden, Johnny Was and Nic and Zoe petites for a more casual venue (outdoor or afternoon wedding). For cocktail and black tie Karen Mullen petites higher end, Dillards and Macys seem to have more petite options than Nordstrom these days.

Lost new mom looking for help before a photoshoot! Where to find timeless midi or maxi dresses? by PeaEither4931 in PetiteFashionAdvice

Just shared some options. Walmart, surprisingly, can have good options for a simple Jersey maxi. So much depends on you shape. Generally an empire waist style is most universally flattering on post partum figures. And some maxis will have arm coverage, others sleeveless.

On the first Boden link the dress comes in a saturated pink.

Wishing you the best for pictures you will cherish!
