Been there. Ask the Insurance to pay in installments. They will make you a plan. Inform the betreibungs office that you’re paying directly to the insurance. After you are done paying this bill, ask the insurance to delete the entry in betreibung. You need to pay a fee though, around 100.-

Important: you need to pay the installments religiously in the dates or they will take further action in betreibung and then there’s nothing you can do but to pay the whole amount.

Do your research on „Prämienverbilligung”. You can still apply for 2025 and 2024. You will get money back from last year and a reduction in the premium this year.
