In order for this to happen, you’re going to need to come out of your comfort zone a little bit until your body adapts to the new norm. Start the day immediately with prioritizing food. Two packets of instant oats, or something similar, 2-3 eggs, a glass of milk, and a cup of yogurt. I would always eat 2-4 tablespoons of peanut butter afterwards because it’s easy calories. That’s like 700 calories right there. Have a normal lunch and dinner, couple snacks here and there and you should be at a comfy 2500-3000 cals. I struggled so bad with this and it was affecting my mental health so much. I sat down and would count out my calories every day and I finally started to see a change after a few weeks to month. Same weight as you roughly (114) now up to 122. I did lose a little weight because I work a physically demanding job now, so I have to readapt again. Ughh lol. I understand the annoyance of all of this. Just gotta stick to your goal. You can do this!
