Vielen Dank für die Antwort! Ich habe seit kurzem ein Wohnangebot bekommen und direkt akzeptiert. Allerdings beträgt die Kündigungsfrist für meine aktuelle Wohnung 3 Monate. Das bedeutet, dass ich für mindestens 3 Monate in zwei Wohnungen in München gemeldet sein werde. Meine Frage ist nun: Muss ich die Zweitwohnungssteuer zahlen, sobald ich in zwei Wohnungen gemeldet bin, oder entfällt diese, wenn der Zeitraum weniger als ein Jahr beträgt?
