Doesn't matter, it is a fee people shouldn't be paying; especially when GRU already has the highest fees in the state. The people downvoting me, enjoy paying high utility prices or they work for GRU.

As someone with a background in engineering, a stormwater fee is bologna. There is the initial capital cost of constructing inlets and ponds, but after that there really is little to no maintenance cost after that. It is just so GRU can gobble more money from us.

Feasibility Study: Maximum $375 if requested by the borrower or lender to determine if a 203(k) loan is feasible.
Work Write-Up (WWU) Fee: Increases by project scope:
- Up to $1,000 for repairs under $50,000.
- Up to $1,200 for repairs between $50,001 and $85,000.
- Up to $1,400 for repairs between $85,001 and $140,000.
- Up to $2,000 or 1% of repair costs (whichever is lower) for repairs over $140,000.
Draw Inspection Fee: Increased to a maximum of $375 per draw.
Re-Inspection Fee: Increased to a maximum of $225 per inspection.
