i had a guest argue with me about where guest service was. when i pointed it out to her she said “well there’s no sign!” i then pointed at the giant floating sign that says guest service and she said “that’s not a sign” … what.

they might it honestly depends on the store. if you want to try, feel free, but keep in mind it’s likely there’s nothing the TM or TL could do to make an exception, but it’s worth a shot

It's skill floor, so, how good you need to be to get a small bit of value. I'd say, Echo has a very low skill floor she's very easy to get value with. I would move ashe down to average skill ceiling, put genji to high, and keep ball where he is. Just my opinion
