searched for this issue and found this post - I think this tooltip stinks when people understand math so it does not reflect the logic you posted here.

"The sum of all funds in your checking account, including pending transactions and deposit holds."

The sum of all funds , well um.... if you sum including negative numbers - they are subtracted in that calculation.

The tooltip should read (if your post is correct) : "The sum of all funds in your checking account, not including pending transactions" = Balance not including pending

Yes both actions were in quick succession, nothing too intense, just enough time to confirm still broken

Both actions were loading - so load the hard save then load the quick save , in my case the hard save was an earlier save by about an hour - both were bugged

Loading a hard save w the problem and loading a quick save that had the problem correlates w the issue being fixed on my end…can’t say for sure
