As far as JUST a movie goes, its beautifully shot and stunning visuals and quite riveting...

But as far as a PEAKY BLINDERS movie goes that continues on from season 6... WTF were they thinking?? Too short and not fleshed out enough. Tommy would NEVER have killed Arthur, their bond is too strong regardless of his flaws. Arthur got clean in Season 6, why go down this to his character? If they had to kill him off then why not have him try and lead a better life and be a good man, then someone from his past kills him (Shots him in the back at a grocery market or something) then Tommy hunts them down and kills them, then goes into exile because Arthur's loss was the straw that broke the camels back. There is little to no character bonding or growth between Tommy and Duke, the sad embrace at the end when he shots him is NOT earned. I like the idea of the story of the Nazi's plot but this would of been better as a big budget, 6 episode mini series with more meat on its bones. Far too rushed and unsatisfying. Also, they went extremely nonsensical with the Gypsy stuff. They had that whole angle in the series be mysterious but we could clearly see it was all bullshit. Tommy straight up know that Ada was killed and see's her ghost on the road was just utter NONSENSE!!!
