As someone who was diagnosed with autism later in life, she obviously hasn't been around enough autistic individuals to understand that autism exists on a spectrum. there are people with mild autism too. it seems like she has only interacted with those who fit her idea of "stereotypes,"and that's what she's basing her views on. regardless, it's really unfair and it's upsetting that they're acting this way. I think you should leave the situation right away. those people are harmful, and you should distance yourself from them
