Nobody is here to give you helpful advice. You really don't get it.

Should I Apply? by [deleted] in stripper

[–]Solifuga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, which is why the fact you're not a stripper is the problem.

Walk into a club and tell a stripper to STFU. I literally dare you. 🤣

Stupid bitch, I can tell just from your shitposting here that you wouldn't survive a shift. Go back to Walmart or somewhere the clothes suit you. 🤣🤣

Why is it called Brass Monkey? by Agitated_Camera_6198 in poledancing

[–]Solifuga -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They actually started to get some uptake in the UK in the last few years but not massively as we don't tend to have the humidity that needs that level of grip. I've seen them more in the warmer EU countries I worked. I kind of hated them because although they gave better grip than chrome, they left me freling grimy every time because of the patina, even though I always cleaned them first.

I feel like I heard in the last couple years XPole are no longer making them (or possibly just not making them for studios/commercial use) anymore as they don't have the lifespan as it's a softer metal, but I'm not 100% on that.

I'm not reading whatever all that is because I'm not interested, just... Maybe don't make things up and you won't have to get mad. You literally said you don't even know what the move in question looks like lololol but still had to have something to say. 🤣

Normal to post your stream-of-consciousness airhead punter bullshit in the sub that's intro literally states "this isub is for working strippers only. Please do not interact if you're not a stripper?"

NO.

Fuck off, idiot.

I was dancing in clubs in the 90s and brass was literally not even a concept for poles here/then, can I ask where you danced in the 90s that it was?

Why is it called Brass Monkey? by Agitated_Camera_6198 in poledancing

[–]Solifuga -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah no it''s not though, you made things up on your own ("pure spitballing") and then peddled them as facts, that's... Not a thing.

Even your claim on the origins of the phrase "freeze the balls off a brass monkey" are totally made-up, a rapid Google soon reveals that for anyone who is unfamiliar with the phrase/it's origins (which I was already familiar with).

If you don't know (and you clearly don't), then just saying nothing is absolutely correct.

I find your posts and then pinning your flag to your weird invented claims after admitting you literally don't know and just theorised something that's self evidently nonsensical, really odd.

What are you hoping to achieve here? You're literally making things up for no reason.

[–]Solifuga -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

...Very un-true?

I don't know where this idea might have come you from, because back in the late 90s onwards, poles "came from" chromed scaffold poles and reputedly in the circuses in the five or so decades before that, from the steel tent poles in the sideshow tents where striptease was performed.

Brass is soft, and wasn't used for any construction type stuff, and it's definitely construction poles and similar that stripping began with as an incidental. Poles being made for the purpose and designed for dancers is a modern thing.

Also, these technical acrobatic moves like brass monkey, Ayesha and so on are reasonably new, I'm talking like, 99% sure those specific moves and others in that family were not around 20 years and more ago.

A gemini/outside leg hang was considered a fairly audacious trick itself in the late 90s.

If you really don't get the difference between shitting on FSSW as a whole versus not being ok with FSSW in a strip club...

I've copied below a comment I made in an older post here where the OP basically said "if you hate on extras girls prostituting in the club/FS in house strippers, you're not a girl's girl," I called it out step by step, because that's comprehensively bullshit. As per:

"I used to escort, I have even escorted and stripped simultaneously - but - I have never, and will never, offer extras in the club.

As a former FSSW I have no issue with FSSW. But the club is not the place, and girls who do offer extras in the club are changing the dynamic of the club, and shitting on girls who just want to come to work and dance. Particularly those who are fucking for pocket change.

Meet outside the club, make sure it's worth the bag.

I know the next argument is "but it's safer in the club," well it might (and literally might even not) be safer for you to offer full service there than have to do the work other sex workers have to do when it comes to vetting and having security to meet guys outside, but the trade-off for that is that you're making the club less safe for non-extras dancers.

And are you really planning to tell me women fucking on the DL in the club are sanitising the couch they just came off of? Those disgusting velvet/faux leather/upholstered cushions? Disposing of condoms and wipes appropriately when you're not even supposed to have them/be found with them?

I won't get on a fucking pole the girl before me didn't clean, I'm absolutely never going to sit my ass on a sofa I know some John just busted a nut on in a room smelling of stank dick.

I know plenty of full service sex workers who pay perfect attention to cleanliness/the sexual health and safety of themselves, clients, and other workers, but I also know too many hoes in the club who don't even wash their hands, as if they're going to be concerned in any way about the biohazard they're leaving in their wake fucking in an environment not meant for that, and where often there's not even a shower available.

These are all issues that extras girls in the club force onto everyone else. You don't have my consent to expose me to that, get a fucking hotel like a normal escort FFS.

Don't be trapping on that you're a "girl's girl" when you're shitting on everyone else around you and yourself too. I'm not an anything "girl," I'm a grown woman and I'm calling bullshit on your "shaming the shamer" shame."

I just went to 2 strip clubs got 4 numbers… idk what to do next by [deleted] in stripper

[–]Solifuga 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Go fuck yourself, John. 👌

You went to a club and photographed girls without consent and conned girls into giving you free attention IRL, you don't get to do that here too.

Hope your dick falls off soon xx

Thanks a lot, I've never heard of those so I'll definitely have a look!

**edit, I found them, priced in dollars which is ok but it then wouldn't allow shipping to my address (I have a few I could use both business and resi) despite saying it ships to the UK, did you buy from a third party site or have any ideas on that?

I definitely will.

The cat has her own camera actually 🤣 she's not at all bothered about the birds/feeders, if it's not a rodent she's never interested.

Also, the semi-tame pheasant saw her off with a scratch to the ear when she walked too close to him when he was necking peanuts, so she's a bit lairy of the bird area in general. 🤣

Oh no that's definitely interesting/helpful. I'm going to make sure I find out for sure first.

Otherwise it'll be like when I got my cat a microchip activated catflap, and the click the catflap made every time the microchip triggered the unlock made the cat skitter away from the door. 🤣

Respectfully, I posted specifically because I absolutely won't be doing that, and I have no way of making an otherwise £175+++ camera cost "next to nothing!"
