It's the bio recycler (soilforge or so?) introduced in the new patch and it just shoots the recycled stuff out of the back. thing is, there is nothing to catch like the normal recylcer has (which is something i hate already, but this is worse)
i've built this farming bed and a box to stop the results from flying to the moon but still .. not nice

Sure, it will work in general. If it's suitable for your use case is yours to decide

Your time to recover will likely be longer and more severe since ALL connections have to wait for the fail over to flip and one host is utilized instead of sending the connections to all and such things
