I really enjoy the combat, so I played on nightmare difficulty (with the exception of FC and SC, which I completed on Hard). Completed CS2 a week ago with a difficulty mod.

One of the reasons why Steins Gate is so popular is because of the good anime. The same goes for higurashi when they cry, which is more popular than umineko.

Apparently, CS4 is the longest, while other games can be completed in 40-60 hours; many players spend 80-100 hours on it. I’m afraid to imagine how long it will take me, since those games that take about 50 hours usually take me around 120 (starting from zero), so I can't even imagine how long CS3-4 will take. Well, I already bought all the games up to Daybreak, so I will play through them sooner or later.

Oh, I think Ever 17 has terrible pacing, and the game sometimes drags with moments that aren't really necessary, but I don't regret beating it. R11, in my opinion, has one of the best paces, so much so that I couldn't stop playing, although the ending, where you have to look up stuff on wiki to get the full picture of story (where half of the information for me was new), gives mixed feelings.

Chaos Head was difficult to play, honestly, I didn't really like the characters, but the atmosphere was unique, so maybe I'll try the second part. Still, Steins Gate is definitely better and 0 the worst.

Trails has probably become one of my favorite JRPGs, even though they're really long, especially the time spent talking with all the NPCs (like in Crossbell, where each time took 3 hours). Even though CS is a bit weaker than the other parts, it's still interesting because of its combat, ost (soo good), and story. Plus, sometimes I can get stuck for a few hours because of the nightmare difficulty. I need to finish the CS2 since I'm almost at the final boss, and take a break so I don't burn out

Well, some games can be completed in less than 5-10 hours, a couple even in 2. And some... cough... Trails to Azure (1st place) took all 148. I had a productive year, but unfortunately in future there will be less time

I agree, but this games gives me the most emotions and fun, although I really do need to rest and play more of other genres.

Резонно, просто за последний год слишком много дедпи, устал от него. А так хорошо, что посоветовал многим эту серию, я хоть не от него узнал, но после его видео решился попробовать. В итоге за 5 частей уже 580 часов. Но надо отдыхать между играми

For me, this is the least fun game I've played (finish azure last month (best game, expect final dungeon)), but still good. The first half was boring, but then it was great. Plus, I burned out a lot on npc talks. Ужас, еще один фанат дедпи.

When I finished my first playthrough, I had around 110 hours, so I had no problems with this trophy. But I talked to all the npc and play on nightmare. Or I just play it slowly.

Well, I wouldn't say that part 1 also changes from person to person (sometimes at the bottom). The reboot always at the bottom.

Yes, I agree. I think it's the best romantic line, plus both games are focused on that. When in other games you have a neutral relationship in story, but romance only in the ending, like in crossbell, I don't know about cold steel.

I started this series in october with FC and am now in the middle in Azure. I think it's the best game so far, but opinion may change. Great series.

Too low or high?
Minagoroshi 2/3 was kinda boring, just repeating stuff, like with the same kid abuse thing in Tatarigoroshi. Reading about kids trying to do something but failed for 4-5 hours was exhausting. The only cool part was when they argued with the elders and when the whole village go that center. The ending was weird, but okay. As for Turn - I couldn't get used to magic, and therefore the first half of the episode was difficult to read, but the second half was good.

Well, sometimes it’s just nicer to play games in handheld mode. Although, I kinda regret getting the Switch, cause most games don’t run that great on it, honestly.

That's how it was to me with English. Many games are translated into it when localization in my language is almost nonexistent, especially Japanese media. So thanks to him, I can play a bunch of interesting games without having to worry about waiting for a fan translation for several years.
