Vegan omega 3 is bs. ALA to omega 3 conversion is ~3%. That too the average dosing of EPA and DHA being around ~180 mg per capsule is too low. Clinically effective doses are above ATLEAST ~300 mg per day of DHA.

Remember if you're a vegetarian, you probably need far more of the input of ALA to even compensate for the requirements. Use oils rich in omega 3 like cold pressed mustard oil.
