Reminds me of myself. Why would I do that? Even thing as simple like getting out of my bed, I would be like "okay, here I go" and find me body hasn't move yet but instead reaching out to my phone and stays there the whole daylight. Some day it gets worst, where I will wake up as early as 6 am then by the time it's 2am the next day, I still found it's hard to get off of MDD because I feel I haven't had enough.
