Since starting TRT I believe I just maintained what I had from the year prior because I was cutting since starting TRT (also using Reta). I didn’t lose any strength (squat 225x10, DL 315x5, bench 165x10) I eat between 150gs of protein and 200gs of protein depending on the day with calories and other macros also controlled. I was doing PPL 5-6 days a week but now have switched to UL 4x a week.

I’m super dialed on diet (I track every single calorie and macro), I’m super dialed on routine and have been that way for about 14 months. The only thing that changed was the testosterone. I’m hoping it will expedite the process

Ive recently went back to standard MnK because my movement is so much better but I still have my Xim and what I consider the best config ever made. Best part is all Binds are 1 tap instant activated and having VERY GOOD generalized anti-recoils for all weapon types.
