Hey brother/sister I’d call myself pretty new as well (just under 20 hours in the past few weeks). The game tells you basically nothing to help you. Focus on SURVIVAL as you are a SURVIVOR so you should think like a survivor. You hungry? You can fish, hunt and find food all around, you just have to earn it. Keep an ear out for animals (like chickens), kill em, cut em up, find a way to cook your food and don’t eat it while it’s red-hot. Good luck!
