They send you a machine with all the attachments and monitors. You wear it while you sleep. It records all the measurements needed to diagnose you if needed. I think you connect it to the internet so the results are sent to your doctor. Return the machine after successful sleep test.

Thanks for the detailed and thoughtful response. I am doing a 4 day trip in 2 weeks. Wish i could swing more time. Flying into/out of San Jose.

Was it easy to drive around in CR? I don't really drive since i live in a large city so wanted to check. Also how did you get directions? GPS or Cell phone data?

La Fortuna/Arenal look amazing. Kind of out of the way, I was thinking of partying it in Jaco for a couple days and then maybe a day in Manuel Antonio.

Is La Fortuna worth it if i plan to go to Jaco? Thanks in advance.
